DISCLAIMERS
Nonrefundable deposits due at time of booking.
- All hunts will be paid in full before
hunter leaves the ranch
- All major credit cards are accepted
(5% convenience fee)
- Prices for extended hunts and non-
hunting guests are as follows:
- $200 per day for guide fee
- $150 per night per hunter and/or
non-hunting guest including
meals
- Non-hunting guests are welcome for a
fee of $150 per night, this fee includes
meals & lodging.
- Gratuity is customary and appreciated to
tip the guide 5-10% of the total cost of
the hunt. It is not necessary to tip the
owners in the event they are one of
the guides.
- All hunters are required to purchase a
Texas hunting license prior to arrival
*including minors*
- All hunters will be required to sign a
ranch liability release
- All hunters will be required to shoot
their rifle at a target prior to hunting.

Any deer that is shot and not recovered will be charged at the estimated B&C score at time of shooting. The hunter will be responsible for any cost incurred while retrieving the wounded deer (tracking dogs, etc.). If deer is found dead after hunter leaves, antlers will be forwarded to hunter. If antlers do not score as originally estimated, the appropriate refund will be issued.
